This unique id is known as business associate’s code (“BA Code”) and students may use the BA Code as a referral code at the time of subscription to avail a great discount on the subscription fees. The business associate is not being restricted to a particular location and has the scope of generating unlimited revenue by encouraging any number of students and schools across pan India.

FRANCHISE TERM

The initial term of the franchise granted hereby shall be 1 to 5 years subject to the franchise category, which commence from the effective date (date of agreement) and renewal terms of another 5 to 10 years from the date of expires of the initial term agreement, unless the franchise is renewed or is lawfully terminated in accordance with the terms of the franchise agreement and/or applicable law. When the initial term agreement expires, franchisees have the choice of renewing the agreement or discontinuing franchise units entirely. The renewal rights clause contains the terms & conditions for renewing a franchise agreement.
